The journey

Morning
Arrive at Matiatia
We coordinate your EcoZip booking and ferry arrangements. The EcoZip Adventures team meets you at Matiatia Ferry Terminal and takes you across the island to Trig Hill.
Approx. 3 hours
EcoZip ziplines & native forest
Fly side-by-side on EcoZip's dual ziplines above the Waiheke landscape, followed by a guided native forest walk. Transfers, ziplining and the forest experience take about three hours in total.
Midday
Colin or Richard takes over
When EcoZip finishes, your host will be waiting. From that point the vehicle, guide and afternoon itinerary are exclusively yours.
Lunch
An included lunch
A relaxed lunch at The Heke or Wild Estate. At Wild Estate, optional activities such as archery and laser claybird shooting may be available.
Afternoon
Beaches, bays & viewpoints
Private touring at a relaxed pace, including an Allpress olive oil and Mānuka honey tasting. Adults are welcome to add a vineyard or tasting along the way.
Late afternoon
Finish at Mudbrick
Finish at Mudbrick Vineyard for a drink or dinner, overlooking the Hauraki Gulf towards Auckland.
When you're ready
Your ride is waiting
Stay as long as you wish. Complimentary private transport back to Matiatia Ferry Terminal is included when you're ready to leave.
